"Svet Online" is a mobile app which allows users to instantly inform the "Kubanenergo" departments about emergency situations and malfunctioning of the power system.

With the help of the app, the "Kubanenergo" clients can help our power engineers by reporting various situations:
- a power outage in the area;
- a tree fell on electric wires;
- in case of a fire on a power facility;
- a car knocked down a power pole.

Please note, that the app is for "Kubanenergo" customers only and we cannot help you with other power line alerts.
